This portal is an internal business application of Pakistan Fruit Juice Co. / HICO ("the company"), used exclusively by company employees and authorized personnel to work with the company's SAP Business One system (approvals, purchase requests, and dispatch operations). It is not offered to the public.
When you sign in with your Google account, the portal receives your name, email address, and profile picture from Google, used solely to identify you against the company's internal user directory. Your SAP Business One credentials are used only to open your SAP session. To keep that session active across the company's serverless infrastructure, the credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored in the company's own private database; the encryption key is held separately from the stored data, the credentials are never shared with any third party, and they are automatically deleted after 30 days without use.
Identity information is used for authentication, authorization (which company databases and modules you may access), and a security audit log (sign-in events and business actions such as approvals) kept for the company's internal security and compliance purposes. No information is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
